By accessing and using SuperResolution ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SuperResolution is an AI-powered image super resolution service that upscales and enhances images using deep learning technology.

3. User Responsibilities

Only upload images you have the right to use
Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
Not use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage

4. Content Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process your content.

Generated Content: You own the rights to images generated through our Service.

5. Usage Limits

Free users get 3 upscales per day. Registered users receive 100 credits on signup. Additional usage requires a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify usage limits.

6. Prohibited Content

Child exploitation material
Content promoting violence or terrorism
Content that violates intellectual property rights
Malware or malicious code

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.
